Macros without Synapse?

So I’m thinking of getting a razer mouse but I’d like to be able to configure and save a keybind/auto clicker macro on the onboard memory from my PC and then have it work instantly on other PCs without having to download synapse on them. Is this possible? If by any means yes, what’s the most budget friendly option that has multiple onboard profiles?

Our Razer is mice equipped with onboard memory profiles, which can store settings such as DPI, keybinds, and macros. This feature allows you to use the mouse with Razer Synapse installed on your computer. The number of profiles you can save varies by mouse model—some can save just one profile, while others can save up to five.

I recommend checking the product specifications before making a purchase. Consider models like the DeathAdder V2 Pro, DeathAdder V3 (wired), and Viper Ultimate, as these can save up to five profiles. You can visit this link to get more information about Razer products.
