I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate w dock. For the last month I’ve been experiencing major (but quick) lagging every 20-ish seconds. It affects my work. I didn’t open Synapse or change anything on the mouse. I think the mouse is just dying. I’m on macOS. Any suggestions before I RMA it?

Please make sure that the wireless dongle is connected directly to your computer and not to a USB hub. (If it's already connected directly to the computer, please try a different USB port. Also, please ensure that the dongle has direct line of sight to ensure minimal interference. You may try to perform the steps from this article to resolved the issue.
