Majority of brand new tartarus v2 keys not working

Hello all,

I like to buy an extra of each razer product that I use when I see them on sale. In 2020 I bought a brand new tartarus v2 and never opened it until today. Since i actually bought it over 2 years ago, it’s out of warranty now.

Out of the box, it’s not working. Only a few keys work - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, caps lock, alt, scroll wheel, and the d-pad. The rest press down fine, but don’t result in an input. Remapping them in synapse doesn’t do anything. It’s plugged directly into the computer. I’ve tried 3 different USB ports including USB 2 and 3. I’ve updated my computer, drivers, and synapse. I’ve restarted my computer.

Anyone have any ideas on a fix?

    Same issue bought it a while ago since I love using this line but didn’t use it till recently for D4. And only scroll wheel and thumb button works all the other buttons don’t register or work.

    Still waiting for the fix. Starting to think they are burrying the issue. May be a conspiracy here needing to come to light.

    Couple more days have passed, contemplating reinstalling windows and starting fresh again to see if I get any kind of input from this thing. 1-19 unresponsive specifically.

    Update: Did clean reinstall of Windows 11, still no luck.
    No way to RMA because purchased on Ebay, but this thing was brand spankin new and all I get is a fancy desk ornament with working Chroma, and a working joystick/scrollwheel/spacebar. 
    I’m very disappointed that this is an issue for myself and others and nobody is getting actual answers :(

    i also got the same problem. i follow this guild line How to perform a clean re-installation of Razer Synapse on Windows (youtube.com) but still not working T..T

    Mine came today with visible loose parts from key switches. All keys worked but 4 of them did not have click. So the loose parts fell out from the switches. I was surprised that it is so crappy. I ordered form razer directly and raised refund ticket.
