My Razer Tartarus Pro stops my regular keyboard from working. I connected it to my laptop and a regular qwerty keyboard is also connected to it. As soon as I plug in my Razer and start the software, both the laptop's keyboard and the external keyboard stop working. I then have to restart the laptop to be able to type normally.

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0's logs and save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive account. Once done, perform a Razer Synapse 3.0 clean reinstallation. Should the issue persists, please paste the online drive link with logs in your PM. Let's continue from there.
