Mamba Elite Buttons Still not working after RMA.

So I've been in contact with razer support for over a month about non-functioning buttons on my mamba elite. It escalated to me getting an RMA and a new mamba elite. Upon receiving the new mouse my issue still persists. Keep in mind I have done every troubleshooting step they have given me as well like reinstalling synapse/all drivers. The issue is that when I set a mouse profile using keyboard function for the side buttons and top DPI buttons it doesn't seem to recognize anything. However, when I completely close all razer apps via the task bar in the bottom right the profile begins to work for a period of time. I have also deleted all profiles and made just one. No one seems to be able to assist me further at razer... Even after getting the new mouse I still have the issue.. Someone, please help.
