Mamba Elite Dim Left Side

So I just got my Mamba Elite today and I ordered a new razor keyboard that is on the way. One thing I noticed was the left side was a bit dimmer than the right side. Is this normal for all Mamba Elite modules? I have heard on the Mamba Wireless it had a problem like this. Could it be fixed via a software update? Thanks! Any help would be appreciated.

I do not have that issue with my Mamba Elite and it is not normal as far as I know. Have you tried to reinstall or update Razer Synapse 3.0? Moving thread to support for visibility.

Thanks for trying to help. I tried reinstalling synapses. That didn’t work so I just ordered a replacement from amazon and returned the other one.
