Mamba Elite keeps unloading/loading

About a month ago, my Mamba Elite mouse started to randomly unload while I using Windows. I can audibly hear the USB tone of the device unloading, then about a minute later - I hear the USB connected alert and it's back. It's like the driver is getting unloaded/reloaded but I have no idea why this keeps happening.

I've updated all the drivers and latest Synapse software... uninstalled everything, re-installed everything multiple times. There doesn't appear to be any short in the cable (I can't force it to happen), but when I use it in daily work -- every 5-10 minutes, I'm moving around the screen and it does this and I lose my mouse for a couple minutes. It's driving me nuts.

I'm using a Surfacebook 2 and don't have any issues with other peripherals. I tried moving it from the dock to the USB port on the side of SB, that didn't change anything. I've been using an alternate mouse -- no issues.

Is there any diagnostic I can use to figure out why this thing keeps unloading to determine if the driver is being unloaded by something or crashing...or ??? I'm out of ideas. I supposed I could move it to another computer and see if it happens there, but hoped there was some tool or telemetry I could find to understand why these events keep happening.

Great mouse - but this issue is making it unusable.

Thanks,

Reed

Hello easyVeryLightMalachi875.

Can you actually check your device on another PC?

So moved the device to another PC and no problems there. I actually just bought completely new Razer hardware for the affected PC -- new keyboard, mouse, and headset -- updated all the software again and started having the same problem with the new mouse (Viper Mini). Works fine... then randomly unloads, then reload again a few minutes later.

Are they any known problems with the Surface 2 or a way to isolate why this is happening? I've uninstalled all the drivers and re-installed them several times.
Looks like this has been going on for awhile... possibly Surface issues

Mine just keeps double clicking and I can't find any answers for that.
