Mamba Elite Scroll Wheel Extreme Rattling
Hi,
I've been using Mamba Elite for 7-10 days and i'm quite happy with performance, ergonomics, features.. except scroll wheel. The wheel has absurd level of rattle. Upward scrolling is fine, no issue. Downward scrolling very noisy and the free rattling, oh boy that rattling! I don't if I'm allowed to share links, but here is a short video of it and I've been waiting for a mail answer for almost a week.
Should i return it?

The variant you have has a tilt scroll, so if you put enough pressure on one side while scrolling down, it can wobble. That said, you should seek for a replacement if you feel like the wobble and the rattle is a bit much.
Razer.CazielThe rattling on the video is wheel's free movement, i mean whell moves, wobble, rattle but no actual input from mouse to pc. I got a Basilisk V2 too yesderday, has a scroll wheel with same tilt feature but no wobble at all.

If that is the case, then you should get the Mamba Elite replaced if you haven't already. Do let me know if the reseller refuses to help you out.
