Mamba Hyperflux Mouse logo light keep off after synapse3 updated

same time couldnt set or reset all the options about the mouse from synapse 3, like the Macro and DPI. also, cant contact it to pc by using the USB to Micro USB cable for the Firmware Upgrade. anyone knows whats going on with it? thank you

    How does your Hyperflux combo appear in the device manager? I'd appreciate it if you can put up a screenshot of that.

    it looks like this, only the Mat. In fact i already concected the support, didnt get anybetter.
