Mamba TE freezing, skipping, inaccurate

I've had a Mamba TE for just under 3 years and for some reason the software is causing it to randomly freeze on every liftoff for 6-10 seconds, repeatedly catch on all mouse movement and become more and more inaccurate. If i stop Synapse and all other Razer software in task manager it fixes it temporarily, but the experience is completely unusable. I have the latest version of Synapse, and yet it still refuses to work. I have tried using 4 different mousemats and calibrating them all multiple times, including Razer's own Goliathus Speed, but there is no difference. The £7 Microsoft mice at my college that have been used constantly without replacement EVERY COLLEGE DAY FROM 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM FOR 8 YEARS track better than this mouse, and do not experience the same problems. Considering this mouse COST £90 AND ITS WORSE THAN THAT, I'd like some sort of explanation as to how to fix it, which I think is the least I deserve for the amount of frustration this mouse that's supposedly £90 worth of equipment has caused me.
