So I have a mamba te and it will light up but won't respond to any clicks or movement. I'm not sure what is going on so please help.

So I have a mamba te and it will light up but won't respond to any clicks or movement. I'm not sure what is going on so please help.
You can try plugging the device into another PC. Otherwise, reset the mouse through the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings. Let me know how it went.
