Mamba TE scroll wheel issue

So my Razer Mamba mouse is about 3 years old, and it had always worked fine until I got a new PC, now the scroll wheel will not work properly. What I mean by this is when I want to scroll up or down I have to move the wheel side to side, and when I want to move side to side I half to scroll up. I tried searching the support page and looking it up but nothing really helped me. Thanks
