Mamba Wireless cannot pair

With the latest update to synapse, my Mamba wireless still works perfectly while plugged in via usb. However, when attempting to use wirelessly , the mouse can no longer pair. I'm using the latest version of synapse 3, as well as the latest firmware on the mouse

    Hi there. Are you using the new (the one with the dongle) or old (the one with the dock) Mamba? Also, does the same issue happen when used with other PCs? Let me know.

    The one with the dongle. The mouse can not pair wirelessly on any pc I try it on now on the latest firmware

    im having the same issue , work fine with the wire, when i switch to wireless it wont connect or pair. Mouse(the one with the dongle) Tried with other pc (same situation)
