i bought a new laptop and every time i turn my laptop on my razer mamba wireless dpi drops very low and clearly my laptop doesn't recognize the mouse until i unplug and plug the dongle then everything back to normal but the problem is that i should do this every time i turning on the system.
i tried reinstalling every driver and related apps nothing worked.
