I have a RZ01-01360. i recently acquired a replacement mouse (not the dock or cable) as my mouse has seen a lot of use and is showing its age. My intent was to pair the old dock to the mouse. The model of the new mouse is exactly the same as the old. the dock fits the mouse and charges etc…
The issue is, the pairing utility on the support page for my mouse shows two utilities (r5 and r7). Neither detect my dock. The dock and mouse work perfectly so I suspect they are not defective in anyway. my conclusion is the pairing utilities listed are actually for the RZ01-02710 mouse and not mine.
Is there a pairing utility for my mouse? maybe i’m using the pairing utility wrong?
