Where are the detailed settings for me to adjust the balance for bass and treble, and other stuff? It’s not eligible for these 7.1 drivers and Windows customer service went through my computer and says there’s none built in for this headset… and that it should be at the Razor company… so here I am! What do I do?

That was a mistake, that was not the best answer… and there’s apparently no way to edit this… what a rip off.
