Hello, I have a 2.5 years old Man O War wireless headset, and my mic has got some issues. My voice used to be recorded with the mic used to be fine but recently it got muffled. Razer Synapse does not help. What can I do to improve my voice quality please?

Have you tried adjusting the default format of the mic input? You can do that via Sound Control Panel>Mic Properties> Advanced>Default Format. You will also want to check if this has anything to do with the position of the mic.
