Man O' War Sound Normalization Issues

I've had my Man O' War for a few years and have had zero problems with it until the last month or so. All of a sudden, my volume levels are all over the place and there is absolutely nothing consistent about it. For instance, on one day, my Discord volume is perfectly fine, but my Final Fantasy volume will be off the charts and I'll need to turn the volume down in game and in the volume mixer down to about 1 in order for it not to be extremely loud. The next day, Final Fantasy will need to be turned back up to normal levels in order to hear it, but Discord will now be blowing out my eardrums and I'll need to turn each person in the channel, and the volume mixer, down to about 1. Sometimes it's Spotify blowing out my ears or is too quiet. There's nothing consistent about it. Sound normalization is turned on in Synapse 2.

Things I've tried:

- Factory reset of my C: drive.

- Clean install of Razer Synapse (both 2 and 3, just because) per Razer's instructions

Nothing is working and it's driving me crazy that I have to readjust all my volume levels everytime I switch to my headset. For the record, my Leviathan speaker is having zero problems with normalization. Any help you can give me is very much appreciated!!
From the looks of it, you already are in contact with our Support Team. Do you mind sending me your ticket number via PM? I'd like to review the case and check what troubleshooting steps they've provided so far. This way, we can skip all that and try other possible solutions.
Hey I know it's a bit late, but I've been having the same issue. If you're still suffering, do a complete uninstall of Razer Synapse 2. I've had it uninstalled for the past 3 weeks and had no issues. Unfortunately that's the only fix I've found until Razer updates Synapse 2 to fix it.
