Man O War USB Dongle Averna 6301

Blast from the past here! My Man O War headset suddenly stopped working and now I can't get my machine to read the USB Dongle as anything but an Averna 6301. I'm using one of your mouse so have the current version of software running (3.5.1130.111812 to be exact) which I think was updated this week and note that you only show Synapse 2.0 for this headset. I also got really excited when I saw your Razer Nari/Nari Ulimate Dongle Recovery Tool and Guide (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1754/?_ga=2.46119015.277097387.1607945709-364334475.1607945709) but when I ran it, it did not discover my dongle. What can I do?
