Mandalorian Beskar Edition Serial Number or Product Number not registered
I got a Mandalorian Controller for Christmas. My wife bought it directly from Razer. I tried entering the S/N and it prepopulated the wrong PN format. I tried copy/pasting the PN in to override the dashes and it said SN is unknown.
