manufacturer warranty?

Hello all, I’m trying to replace my razer wolverine v2 controller that still has a manufacturer warranty on it. Having trouble navigating the website for support. Can anyone help me figure out how to file a claim to receive a replacement controller?

Let me help you with your controller. Can you send me a PM with the serial number and more details about the issue you’re currently experiencing so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address it?

I have stick drift and my thumb sticks are extremely worn out

Hi ​@TL_Roots,

Thanks for sharing that. For security reasons,  I would suggest that your remove your photo from your post. For isolation, can you test the controller on your computer to see if the issue continues? Just send me a PM on how it goes.
