Many issues with Pro Click | Razer Insider

Hi Razer Support forum.



Since past month I'm a proprietary of the productivity bundle (pro type, pro click and pro glide) bought directly from Razer Store (although I don't have my order there...). Anyway, from the keyboard perspective I'm ok, not totally satisfied (mainly the function keys and macOs experience for instance...) but it's ok. However, with I'm not happy at all it's with the mouse:



- Since first day I struggled to pairing it with the Pro Type usb dongle. I even update the mouse firmware following steps on Razor support page, reinstall many times Synapse, etc, but nothing worked. I finally desisted and I use Pro Click own usb dongle.



- Since 2 weeks approx, I was suffering from the mouse not being connected to the PC (Windows through 2.4 dongle). I switched off and on many times but nothing worked. Half of the times the white light of the mouse didn't switch on and the only light I got was the green one near the wheel. At some point, it got connected but Synapse didn't detected it.



- For this connectivity problem I tried this weekend to uninstall Synapse, changing dongle to different USB port... and at the end it seemed mouse connect and Synapse recognize it. But, today I got the same problem than before.... mouse not connecting and the same with the mouse lights.



- Also today, mouse has started to fail to connect through Bluetooth to the Mac. I had to remove it from connected devices and pair again, but almost instantly it started to disconnect and connect repeatedly.





Honestly I'm really disappointed with this experience. I have read about Razer having more reliability issues than other brands, but I got tempted with the productivity bundle and how it looked to be used with PC and Mac. I really hope this can be fixed somehow.
