We have at least 4 out of a total of 40 Razer Blade 18 laptops with RTX 5090 GPUs that occasionally experience the same issue: the display suddenly goes black and the laptop shuts down completely without going through the normal shutdown process.
What could be causing this? The exact same problem occurs on all four affected laptops.
