trying to purchase 10$ for premium in ro mobile then after reloading and got confirmation with the bank that i got charged 10$ razer website says payment failed wth?! fix asap already made a ticket bout this still no response

Chargeback/ file a fraud report with your bank if they dont reply
one of the faqs said the bank may hold the payment for a few days so im holding on to that n gving them a week hopefully my account gets credited this week
