the mouse button 5 does not work on my razer naga v2 pro.
I have already tried everything.
I have already installed the latest firmware of the mouse, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Razer Synapse, nothing helped.
The mouse is connected via USB.
Please help to solve the problem.

Can you try cleaning the mouse button 5 with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt?
