Mechanical damage to Razer Barracuda | Razer Insider

I have a problem with my Razer Barracuda headset. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of sound and I love the function to switch between BT and USB-C Dongle, however I might have bought a piece with mechanical issue. The left ear piece is very loose (compared to the right one), probably not screwed properly inside (within the head frame). This means that by using, the whole ear piece is wiggling to the sides and plastic started to break and fall off where the ear piece supposed to rotate. It’s extrmely frustrating as the Retailer shop I bought this headset from denied my warranty claim and said I did this myself. I have these only for 6 months and have them on the stand, they never fell to the ground as I am extremely cautious with them. It’s a shame 200+ Euro headset will eventually fall appart - I assume the earpiece will break totally and it’s just a matter of time. Does anyone have similar experience? Thanks for any thoughts or pointers.

I have pretty much the same problem, and not just me, many Barracuda users have it.
It’s just a bad product :(

Thank you for your reply spasimirkirov. Does it actually mean we are “done”? There is no way to have it replaced (or refunded) via Warranty?
