que tal, tengo un viper pro v3 y es practicamente nuevo. ya probe con cables y otras pc. desinstalando el synapse y actualizando firm y nada. queda en 29% de bateria y no carga mas.. figura como que esta cargando pero no avanza nunca..

I’m sorry to hear that your Razer Viper V3 Pro is stuck at 29% and not charging properly. Since you’ve already tried a few steps, please check the following as well:
1. Plug the mouse directly into a PC USB port, not through a USB hub.
2. Use the original charging cable and make sure it’s firmly connected.
3. Make sure the Razer Razer Viper V3 Pro firmware is up to date.
4. Test the mouse on another system without Synapse installed, if possible.
If the issue continues after that, please send me a PM with the device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check the available replacement options for you. You may upload the files through Google Drive and share the link. All the best!
