I have two Razer accounts and one of them has the username/nickname that I use on pretty much anything online gaming related, but I would like to use the other account as it's linked to the preferred email adress.
Can I merge these two accounts or something so I can get the username on the account linked to my main email adress? Or will the username be available if I delete the account so I can change it on my main account?
Razer does not provide an option to combine (merge) account histories, purchases, Razer Gold, or Razer Silver. Also, deleting your Razer ID account permanently removes your profile, and Razer's system generally does not recycle or free up deleted usernames for new registration. There are several posts on here about people asking for help with similar issues regarding users having multiple accounts and some even accidentally registered products on the wrong account, latest post about a similar issue is just 30 days old when I search "Merge accounts" so I don't get why you are being so unhelpful. I don't even think I have any registered products or any accumulated currency, if so I really don't care about it.
I have two accounts that are barely used and I am planning on starting using my Razer account more frequent, but I would prefer to have this account have the username of my secondary account. Similar posts seems to have been solved by Razer.ScarletRogue, or if not solved then at least approached much more helpful. Can I just contact this staff person myself?
