Boa Noite, esses dias atras meu mouse Viper 8khz parou de funcionar do nada não acende os leds nem funciona o sensor, ativei a garantia e gostaria de saber onde posso entrar em contato com o suporte para poderem resolver o meu problema.

Boa Noite, esses dias atras meu mouse Viper 8khz parou de funcionar do nada não acende os leds nem funciona o sensor, ativei a garantia e gostaria de saber onde posso entrar em contato com o suporte para poderem resolver o meu problema.

Good evening, a few days ago my Viper 8khz mouse stopped working out of nowhere, the LEDs don't light up or the sensor works, I activated the warranty and would like to know where I can contact support so they can solve my problem.

I’m sorry to hear that your Razer Viper 8KHz mouse has stopped working. Does the behavior occur while Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, please reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse. If the problem persists, test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
