Mic cutting itself off in game, plz help

My kraken 7.1 v2 mic is cutting itself off whenever i'm playing "Squads". I've readjusted all my settings and even restored everything to default, but nothing seems to fix it. Really rather not pay for a new headset, or use up my warranty. Any and all help is appreciated.

Hey there! When did the issue start? Does the issue happen while the headset is connected to a different USB port on your computer? Have you tested your computer to a different computer and see if the issue has replicated there?
