Mic mute button not working

I just bought the Razer Blackshark v2 x wired headphones. It is safe to say that I’m really satisfied with the purchase but the mic mute button on the headset is not working.

i had the same issue. i went into the razor synapse app and updated the headset and it fixed the issue for me. if you havent tried that it may be worth a try. best of luck and wishes.
