Mic Mute button not working

I understand that the microphone mute button on your Razer BlackShark V2 X is not functioning. To isolate the issue, please check the mute button on the headset to ensure it isn't physically stuck or damaged. Press it a few times to see if it starts working. Please also try the steps below:

1. Go to the System Tray.
2. Right-click on the Speakers icon and select “Recording devices”.
3. Right-click on “Microphone” (Realtek High Definition Audio) and click “Properties”.
4. Click the “Enhancements” tab under Microphone Properties. If the Enhancements tab is not visible, update the sound driver from the Realtek website.
5. Check the options “Noise Suppression” and “Acoustic Echo Cancellation”.
6. Click “Apply” and then click “OK”.
