I have blackshark v2 (not pro) with USB sound card, working great for the past 5+ years, update 2 days ago happened and suddenly no mic audio. Side channel audio works great, can hear game audio just fine, I just can’t communicate like a normal human being. Reddit wouldn’t let me post a question. I can’t open a support ticket because apparently my serial number isn’t f***ing valid. wtf. I paid for the product, it’s been working fine, Razer does an update and it breaks. wtf.
