Mic not detected while connecting my headphone

I have connected my Razer BlackShark V2 X using the 3.5mm port and i can hear the sounds through the headphone but the headset mic is not being used and instead laptop mic is being used.

The Razer Black Shark headset mic does not work on Xbox in chat and Discord, but only works on mobile devices, laptops, and computers. I need help.
