I'm trying to use a Blackshark V2 X headset on my Xbox Series X. I can't hear game sounds and app audio through the headset by my mic isn't working. I tried the headset on my phone and computer and the mic works fine. Any suggestions or advice for how to resolve issue with my mic on my Xbox
