Mic not working, mic monitoring shows greyed out. Sound works through headphones but no mic input. Razor warrantied my headset and sent a new one but still same problem. If I use my other headsets they work fine. So it's something with razor software or IDK but my headset is useless now.

I’m here to help! I understand that your Razer headset audio works but microphone does not pickup sound and mic monitoring is greyed out. This issue can be due to device settings, software, drivers, or connection behavior rather than the headset hardware itself. Does the microphone fail in all apps (for example Discord, in-game chat, Windows Sound Recorder), or only in one specific app? Have you checked whether microphone access permissions are enabled for desktop apps and the specific app you’re testing? Does Razer Synapse detect the headset properly? Have you already tried testing the headset on another PC or another USB port?
