Mic not working on Thresher 7.1 PS4

Hello everyone, I have just bought the Razer Thresher 7.1 gaming headset for the PlayStation 4 system. When I finished with the set up process I join a party group and no one was able to hear my voice while I can hear them. I double checked if everything was plugged in correctly and it was. I am very scared now because the PC doesn´t recognize the mic neither. What should I do? This is my very first Razer product and I was expectating a top tier quality product based on the price I paid. Is there any magic solution?

Hi @Pedruli. It is unfortunate that you are experiencing this right out of the box. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your Thresher 7.1 so I can look into possible firmware fixes.
