Mic of Headset Nari Essential does not work

I have problems with the microphone of my Headset Nari Essential, it does not work and I have tried everything and I can't solve it, please help me to fix the problem.

Hi @RitoSt. That's saddening. Let me help you out with this. By the way, have you contacted our Support Team through our Support Page or via Twitter and Facebook previously? If not yet, have you checked if your headset is the default playback device in your PC's Audio Control panel? Have you connected your USB dongle into a different USB port on your PC or to a different computer with and without Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps?
