Mic pick up super low

kraken x has super low pick up. I made it default in sound settings and disabled other mics the loudest is if I tap the ear piece. I can scream into the mic and it is barely audible I downloaded synapse 3 thinking I could access something but no devices show up even after registration I am using a PC and a splitter to connect It does not matter what I am using... audacity, olive etc no real sound is recorded Headphones are fine ?????????? Thanks

Did you try reinstalling the audio drivers of your headset? Did you check if it behaves the same by using the 3.5mm mic/audio combo jack? Anyhow, Razer Kraken X is not compatible with any of the Synapse versions. Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and take a closer look. Let's go from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
