mic problem

I have the same problem but I think nothing of it, just pull the mic out from the "Holder" then they cant hear it in my end.

I bought RAZER NARI ULTIMATE headphones and I have a problem with the microphone. If I hear songs or hear at a loud volume, the microphone picks up the noise and then when I talk they hear me and the songs together. What to do?

Have you already tried adjusting the mic sensitivity using Synapse? Make sure also that the retractable mic is fully extended to get better mic quality.

I have the exact same problem with a razer kraken pro v2. Its not the mic that is picking up the music, at least in my case. Even if i mute the mic with the remote on the cable, it will still pick up music im playing but NOT my voice anymore.
