Mic problems with my kraken tournament edition.

So, recently i found out that if i sometimes talk more loudly, the mic volume gets lowered down automatically and my friends can't hear me while talking and i always have to set it manually from the synapse app. Can i somehow leave it as it is on 100% as default and does it depend on which synapse im using? Device: razer kraken pro v2 tournament edition using synapse 3.0
