|Mic Quality in Discord after getting a new PC|

Hey first timer here on the forums, how y'all doing ? So I recently got a new PC, and I use discord a lot. I currently have a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 Headset and it was working very well. Then my friends told me after I got my new PC that my voice sounded really bad, and asked if I had changed my headset. My voice comes back crystal clear in Razer Synapse Mic Monitor but on Discord it sounds like I'm talking from a sewage line pipe. Would like to get some help with this if possible. Cheers.

Since the PC is new, have you checked your sound settings in Windows and in Discord?

Checked both of them can't seem to find anything wrong with it. It's like I said, on Razer Synapse it sounds very good. On everything else it sounds muffled. It has to be Windows related right ?

I see. We can't pinpoint it to be a Windows issue unless you can perhaps try it out on a different PC. Do you still have your old rig with you? Or maybe a laptop?
