Mic won’t work no matter what

I just got the new Halo Edition Kaira Pro and I can’t chat no matter what.. I’ve messed with the settings, followed all the trouble shooting steps and nothing.. the audio works just fine and I can hear people BUT no matter what they can’t hear me in game or in party.. while I’m in party the little mic is constantly lit up like I’m talking even when I’m not. The weird thing is I can send voice messages just fine. The headset drivers are up to date as is the console. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!

    Do you mainly use the headset on your PC or a console? On your PC, you can try to follow the steps on this page to fix the issue. Also, please PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use it to verify its model and check if there's a model-specific fix for this problem. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
