Hello Razer, Recently I brought viper v3 pro but have some trouble with the mice itself. Left click button sometimes won’t work as expected. I tried to claim a warranty on Razer but I realised I lost my receipt of the mice. Can I still have warranty? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I understand that you’re experiencing issues with the left-click button of your Razer Viper V3 Pro. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps provided here to isolate the problem? Does this problem occur when you are using it wirelessly or when it's wired? Could you check if the issue persists when Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? If so, please PM me with your device's serial number and try to check with the reseller if you can request a copy of the proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options.
