Hello everyone, 

I have a problem. My microphone on my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro no longer has an output. 

I have tried all the steps listed in the support centre. 

About my problem: 
The microphone no longer has an output in all programmes such as TeamSpeak, Disscord, Zoom, Meet, Audacity etc. However, an input level is displayed in the control panel and the microphone monitoring also works. The sound also works. The microphone is also recognised correctly in the programs but has no level.
