Microphone Issues (Kraken X Headset) | Razer Insider

Hello,



I recently bought a Razer Kraken X headset (about 2 weeks ago) and it was working great. However, a few days ago (4 or so) my microphone has been working very poorly. It won't pick up my voice unless the mic is almost in my mouth. Even then, it comes out very choppy, low quality, and quiet making whatever I say difficult to understand. I haven't had any luck with any solutions online or messing around with the sound settings. I have also tried the headset on more than one computer and the issue carries over. I am not sure what is going wrong and this makes it very difficult to communicate online.

Does the issue happen with the app that our outside games such as Skype, Discord, or any video conferencing app? Please check how's the mic quality is the same while recording a voice using the Windows sound recorder.
