The barracuda X works good but the microphone is not working.

You’ve connected it to PC with windows 10/11? If yes, then check microphone settings in OS, maybe it’s disabled.

No, only tried with PC and the microphone settings are enabled.
And the microphone is properly connected into Barracuda X? The connector is all-way-in to the plug?
You can also try to plug the microphone itself into PC to microphone (or combo port) to check if it’s working or not.
Tried all yesterday. Did work but today it just stopped.
So only choice is to contact Razer Support and get a replacement: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support
