Microphone records distorted

Hello, before I start, I have to say sorry for potential faults in my text. I live in Germany and my English is not the best. Today the Razer Nari arrived to me and I tested it very quickly. The Sound and everything is nice, but microphone tests and a talk with my buddy showed me that the recorded sound from my microphone is distorted, like from a robot. And if I turn the quality of my microphone higher in the razer synapse 3 the sound sounds even more like a robot. I can't use the mic if this doesn't disappears. hope you can understand everything if not please ask me i will do my best maybe someone can help me
