Hi,
I've bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset less than a month ago. It worked fine until a few days ago. Then, seemingly due to Synapse update, the microphone no longer works at all.
The microphone is recognized as Headset Audio Controller - Chat, but doesn't pick any input in any application. This is a Windows 10 PC with latest updates.
I've tried the following:
1. Completely uninstalling / reinstalling synapse software
2. Disabling Synapse software
3. Playing around with game/chat switch
4. Disabling all OTHER audio input devices and setting the Razer Audio Controller - Chat as the default (and only!) input device. This is how the system is currently set up
The problem seems to have started when (due to an update?) the default audio driver has changed to what it currently is. The headset didn't fall or anything like that so I have to believe it's a software issue.
Any help would be appreciated
Dan
