I’m experiencing an issue where my microphone works fine when Razer Synapse is uninstalled, but stops working immediately after reinstalling Synapse. Many other users are reporting the same problem in the community, so it seems to be a widespread issue.
Please investigate this as a priority and provide a fix as soon as possible.
